As security operator for many of the special events in Central Colorado, we interview, vet and use hundreds of security professionals each year. This allows us to see them in action in and select the best quality Officers amongst them for advancment in the company. We require, at a minimum, a CBI background check for all employees. In most cases a more advanced National background check is required and will be completed by the company. Once hired an ongoing evaluation process allows us identify the best officers suited for any particular clients environment and needs.
