As security operator for many of the special events in Central Colorado, we interview, vet and use hundreds of security professionals each year.  This allows us to see them in action in and select the best quality Officers amongst them for advancment in the company.

We require, at a minimum, a CBI background check for all employees.  In most cases a more advanced National background check is required and will be completed by the company.

Once hired an ongoing evaluation process allows us identify the best officers suited for any particular clients environment and needs.

All applicants must meet the following requirements prior to being considered for interview:

At least 18 years of age

Able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Able to provide two forms of acceptable ID including Social Security Card

Able to provide evidence of a criminal free record

Have reliable transportation to work assignment

Able to be contacted by home phone, cell phone, or pager

Physically able to work 4 - 8 hours standing or walking

Physically able to lift 60 pounds

Good level of communication skills and etiquette

Starting hourly pay rate is determined based on experience and training.
