Training
Each and every Lone Star Security office and agent is highly trained for their specific duties. Lone Star Security does not advertise positions; rather, they recruit talented individuals who have the right customer service and physical demeanor. While any “brute” can stand in the way of trouble, Lone Star Security prefers to hire those with good customer service and a good head, as they can be trained for anything else.
The elite agents are called the Tactical Crew. They have training from prior law enforcement, military, security companies, or martial arts. They are then brought in and trained in the Lone Star Security manors. This team small but experienced. They are at every event, roaming around the interior, responding to calls with precision.
All agents go through hours of training. This includes a few hours of discussion, followed by at least 24 hours of hands on training with an experienced officer. All agents, experienced and new, go through a debriefing after each event. They look at areas of concern and areas of improvement.
