A local company was sued by an injured employee. Some feedback indicated that the employee was in fact injured prior to the job. During his injury “hiatus”, he worked for another company. Lone Star Security found out he was working elsewhere, caught him on video, and presented this evident to the client, who then presented it to the insurance agency. The case was dropped, and the litigant was prosecuted for insurance fraud. Lone Star Security was able to save the client between fifty and eighty thousand dollars.
